Is a company internship guaranteed?

Yes. An internship placement is part of the program: every participant is placed on a real industry-oriented project in Phase 3, and Magnimind arranges that placement for you. The specific host and project vary by cohort — a placement may be with an independent company, founder, researcher, or industry professional, or on a mentor-developed project — and are matched to your readiness, domain interest, and current availability. The placement is an educational project experience, not an offer of employment, and each host's own policies, confidentiality requirements, and decisions shape the exact scope of the work.

Can I describe Phase 3 as employment?

Accepted Answer

Only if an independent employer has separately established an employment relationship with you. Participation in a Magnimind educational project does not, by itself, create employment, an employment internship, agency, or any other formal relationship with a third party. Describe your work accurately: Magnimind project work as Magnimind project work, a research collaboration as a research collaboration, and an independent internship as an internship only where that is genuinely what it was. The program develops transferable skills; it does not guarantee interviews or placement into any specific job title, and we recommend against listing a job title you did not hold.

What are the payment options?

Tuition is $9,000 for the Full Track and $7,000 for the Accelerated Track. You may pay upfront or through the installment plan shown on this page and confirmed at enrollment; every installment plan states both the payment amount and the total cost in full, and installment totals may differ from the upfront price. No payment is requested before admission. Promotions, scholarships, or discounts, if offered, are documented separately in writing. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your enrollment agreement and receive a refund as described in the Enrollment Terms & Cancellation Policy, which is published on the Consumer Information page and included in your enrollment documentation. The policy sets out the cancellation window, how refunds are calculated based on the portion of the program completed, how to submit a cancellation notice in writing, and the timeline for refunds to be processed. Please read it in full before making any payment; if anything is unclear, ask the admissions team before you sign.

Is job placement guaranteed?

No. Magnimind provides technical development, mentorship, applied projects, portfolio guidance, interview preparation, and career-development support. Recruiter interest, interviews, compensation, and employment outcomes depend on many factors outside Magnimind's control, are decided independently by employers, and are not guaranteed. Career services are educational and advisory.

Question 6

Will I work with proprietary company data?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the company hosting your project. Some companies share their own data and let you work with it directly, sometimes under a confidentiality agreement and often with limits on what you may publish or show publicly. Others prefer that you work with public, open-source, synthetic, or research datasets that closely mirror their problem. Your mentor and the admissions team will tell you what applies to your placement, and your portfolio write-up will be prepared so it respects those terms.

Question 7

Who are the mentors, and do their employers partner with Magnimind?

Accepted Answer

Mentors are practitioners, researchers, and career coaches assigned according to expertise, availability, participant needs, and project requirements; you may work with several mentors over the program. A mentor's biography may identify current or former employers to describe that individual's background. Those affiliations do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership by those organizations unless Magnimind expressly identifies a formal partnership. Your industry mentor will not necessarily work for a company associated with your Phase 3 project.

Question 8

Can Magnimind verify my participation or write a recommendation?

Accepted Answer

Magnimind may verify factual information contained in its own records, such as program participation and qualifying work completed through Magnimind, according to its current verification policies and applicable law. Recommendation letters are personal decisions of the individual mentor who directly observed your work and are not guaranteed. References, internship confirmations, or affiliation statements from independent third parties are controlled by those third parties.

What is the difference between the 24-week and 15-week tracks?

Both tracks lead into the Applied Project Studio and the nine-week industry-oriented project. The Full Track (24 weeks, $9,000) begins with nine weeks of foundational technical preparation. The Accelerated Track (15 weeks, $7,000) is for applicants who demonstrate readiness in the technical assessment and begin at the Applied Project Studio. The Accelerated Track does not reduce the technical standard.

Can beginners apply?

Accepted Answer

Yes, applicants from varied backgrounds may apply. The admissions interview and, where applicable, the technical assessment determine whether Magnimind is currently an appropriate fit and which entry point is suitable. Some applicants may be advised to complete additional preparation first, and the free Magnimind Academy is a good place to do that.

Question 11

How much time should I expect each week?

Accepted Answer

Plan for meaningful independent technical work in addition to mentor interaction — most participants budget 10–15 hours a week. Workload varies by phase, background, project difficulty, and personal pace, and you should confirm the expected commitment during admissions.

Can I choose my project domain?

Accepted Answer

You may express preferences, and existing domain knowledge in healthcare, finance, science, or business is a genuine asset. Final project direction depends on technical readiness, educational objectives, mentor expertise, available projects, data availability, and appropriate alignment.

Do I receive a certificate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Participants who satisfy Magnimind's completion requirements receive a Magnimind Certificate of Completion, issued with your name, the completion date, and a unique verification code that anyone can check online. You can see a full sample certificate in the “Your certificate” section of this page. It is not a college degree, professional license, government credential, industry certification, or guarantee of employment.

What happens after the program?

Six months of post-program career support is included with both tracks. During those six months you continue to meet with our Career Management Professional (CMP) for ongoing job-search support — search strategy, résumé and LinkedIn review, mock-interview practice, and help preparing for specific roles — and additional support is provided where it is needed. You also keep access to designated learning materials and to the community, as described in your program terms, plus applicable workshops and professional events.
