The terms that apply when you use the Magnimind Academy website, enrol in a program, or receive our email and SMS messages.
Using this website
These terms apply to everyone who uses magnimindacademy.com, operated by Magnimind Academy. By browsing the site, submitting a form, or enrolling in a program, you agree to them. Course materials, lessons, and downloads are for your personal learning and may not be resold or redistributed.
Accounts and program enrolment
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials private. Program fees, payment schedules, and refund rules are set out in our enrolment terms and in the agreement you sign before a paid program starts.
SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a Magnimind Academy form, you agree to receive text messages from Magnimind Academy. These include application and interview updates, class and event reminders with joining links, and occasional course announcements.
Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your application, interview schedule, classes, and events. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of applying, enrolling, or purchasing anything from Magnimind Academy.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also email us at info@magnimindacademy.com to be removed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email messages
We send transactional email about your application, classes, and certificates, plus newsletters you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Limitation of liability
Magnimind Academy provides education and mentorship. We do not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or admission to any program. The site and its materials are provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law.
